welcome

Just a short stroll from the hustle and bustle of Islington's
Upper Street will take you to the leafy tranquility of Canonbury,
one of London's most desired areas. Its namesake pub proudly
presides over a prime corner spot in all it's Georgian glory.

Boasting one of the largest pub gardens in the city,
The Canonbury serves as a welcome retreat to enjoy a
quiet drink, delicious meal or host an event.

The Canonbury is a great place to relax and dine. We can accommodate up to 25 guests in our main restaurant.

In the summer months, we open up part of our garden for table service. If we are fully booked in our restaurant on your requested date, the rest of the garden is open for food and works on a first come, first served basis, so don’t worry, there is still a chance for you to get your table!

Please note that the latest time you can make a booking in the garden is 8.30 pm. Guests are invited into our main restaurant to finish their evening at 9.45pm as our garden closes at 10pm.
